This gorgeous text; Three Miles Wide: a decontextualised mushroom omelette is one of the better romantic gestures thats been made in my direction over the past few years. Its a very clever parody of the essay that I wrote about the ARKA group’s film The Ocelli when it showed at Space in Between Gallery in March. If you have read my essay or been following the project, it might just make you chuckle your socks off. Its authored by a handsome second hand bookseller who writes poetic prose on a typewriter. I know. Major swoon. Sadly he doesn’t publish his writing often, but he really should.
While on the subject of the ARKA group, I should also say congratulations to one of their primary members Ben Jeans Houghton who has just been nominated for The Northern Art Prize. Serious kudos Ben.

actually enjoyed what you posted actually. it really isnt that simple to find even remotely good text to read (you know.. really READ and not just going through it like some uniterested and flesh eating zombie before moving on), so cheers mate for really not wasting any of my time! :p
I have recently started a blog, the info you provide on this website has helped me tremendously. Thank you for all of your time & work.
